The worst part of booking a studio is the part where you have to ask what it costs, and then wait. On studios that take bookings, the price is on the page — session, add-ons, any weekend or late-night uplift, and the deposit, all itemised before you send anything.
Friday, 7:00 PM — 1:00 AM · Studio A · 3 people
The same pricing engine runs on the studio's page as in the owner's Control Room. The quote is not an estimate someone will revise once they have your phone number — it is the studio's own rate card doing the arithmetic.
You pick a room, a date, a start time and a length, add anything you need, and the total appears with every line broken out: the session, any after-hours portion with the hours it applied to, any weekend uplift with its percentage, add-ons, and the deposit due now.

A session is rarely just the room. Studios list their add-ons alongside the rates — a tracking engineer, extra headphone mixes for everyone playing, gear hire, a comping and tuning pass afterwards.
Each is priced the way the studio actually charges for it, so a five-piece and a solo vocalist do not get quoted the same number for the same room.
Nothing is charged on Legacy and nothing is confirmed automatically unless the studio has chosen instant booking. Your request arrives in the owner's inbox as pending, and they confirm or decline it.
You are notified either way. If it is confirmed you deal with the studio directly on payment, exactly as you would have if you had phoned — the difference is you both already agree on what the session includes and what it costs.
