Never lose a recording studio enquiry again

Enquiries arrive at the worst possible moment — mid-take, hands full, phone in the other room. They end up in a DM, a text and three inboxes, and the ones that go cold are rarely the ones you would have chosen to lose.

  • One inbox for every enquiry
  • A status on each one
  • Assign it to your team

One place, every enquiry

The contact form on your listing does not send an email into the void. It creates an enquiry against your studio, with the artist's message, what they are after and when they got in touch.

Each one carries a status you move it through — new, contacted, closed — so at a glance you can see what is waiting on you rather than trying to remember. Spam gets marked as spam and disappears from the list without deleting the record.

  • Every enquiry from your listing, in the order it arrived
  • New → contacted → closed, so nothing sits in limbo
  • Spam marking that cleans the list without losing the audit trail
  • Email and in-app notification the moment one lands

Hand it to whoever runs that room

Studios are rarely one person. Add your engineers and managers to the studio, then assign an enquiry to whoever should answer it.

That turns your inbox from a shared pile into actual ownership — the person responsible can see what is theirs, and you can see what has been picked up and what has not.

What you get on Free, and what Pro adds

A free listing receives enquiries — that is not the paid part. Every enquiry reaches you, with its message and its status, and you can reply from your inbox.

Pro unlocks the enquirer's full contact details rather than a masked address, and lets you export your enquiries as CSV for your own records or CRM.

What happens when someone enquires

  1. 1

    They fill in the form

The contact form on your listing, with what they need and when.

  2. 2

    It lands as an enquiry

Against your studio, marked new — plus an email and an in-app alert.

  3. 3

You or your team pick it up

Assign it, reply, and move it to contacted.

  4. 4

    You close it out

Won or lost, the record stays so your numbers mean something.

Questions studio owners ask

Do I get the artist's contact details on a free listing?
You get the enquiry and the message, with the contact address partly masked. Pro reveals the full details. Either way you can reply to the enquiry itself, so a free listing is never a dead end.
Can more than one person handle enquiries?
Yes. Add your team to the studio and assign individual enquiries to them, so it is clear who owns what.
Will I actually be told when one arrives?
Yes — an email and an in-app notification, immediately. Notification preferences are yours to set if you would rather have one and not the other.
